This new business line is focused on the recruiting of medical doctors and matches the demand of Swiss hospitals with the expectations of qualified medical doctors. This business line is managed by Mirjam Wilhelm, who has been working with the company since September 2016 and has built up the new activity and the corresponding network of hospital HR experts and medical doctors.
"The new brand will increase the visibility of our headhunting activities in the medical market, a field that is similar to the internal audit market in terms of its highly qualified experts but different in terms of its supply and demand structures" says Mirjam Wilhelm. (2019-09-26). IIA Austria‘s national annual conference in Schloss Schönbrunn has chosen Agile Internal Auditing as its conference theme for 2019. The conference was held in the spectacular setting of world-famous Schloss Schönbrunn in Vienna, September 26 and 27, 2019. Dr. Philipp Wilhelm was invited as keynote speaker. In his presentation, he gave a summary of what agility is and how it can be applied in the different settings of internal audit work. The presentation was followed by a lively discussion about the different needs of small and large internal audit functions. Below the summary in German:

In seinem Vortrag stellte er agile Methoden vor und erläutert, wie Scrum im Kontext der Internen Revision genutzt werden kann. Er schöpfte dabei aus seinen persönlichen Erfahrungen als IR-Leiter und Agilitätstrainer und zeigt auf, mit welchen Schwierigkeiten bei der Einführung und der Arbeit mit Scrum zu rechnen ist. Er gab einen Einblick, wie ein agiles Rahmenwerk mit den IR-Anforderungen zwischen IIA Quality Review, Dokumentation und den Erwartungen von Anspruchsgruppen in Einklang zu bringen ist.
